The Memphis in May Triathlon and its Sports and Fitness Expo is back for the 3rd year in Tunica, MS. We are celebrating 31 years of triathlon excitement. This year includes our 4th Annual Sprint Triathlon on Saturday, May 18th and the 31st Annual Memphis in May Triathlon on Sunday, May 19th at 7:00 a.m. We will kick off the weekend with the 2nd Annual Memphis in May 10k. Test your legs and preview the Memphis in May Triathlon run course on Friday night at the Memphis in May 10k.
The two-day exposition will be Friday, May 18th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 19th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Expo is a multi-function event. It is designed to serve as a site to promote your company, register athletes, and advance fitness education.
The Memphis in May Triathlon and Expo is advertised nationally and locally. This year we are expecting over 2,000 athletes for registration and an additional 500 fitness focused individuals from the surrounding area to attend.
Exhibitor benefits include: the opportunity to sell, sample and promote your products and services to triathletes and fitness enthusiasts from the mid-south and across the nation; a promotional listing of your company name on the Memphis in May Triathlon Sports and Fitness Expo website page with hyperlinks (upon request); and the use of a world class convention center in close proximity to all race activities.
10ft x 10ft space(s) with one table and two chairs is available for each vendor to sell or display their products. Electricity, phone lines, and wireless Internet are available upon request. Click "Register" to view pricing (1 booth = 1 10ft x 10ft space; 2 booths = 2 10ft x 10ft space or 1 20ft x 20ft space; 3 booths = 3 10ft x 10ft space or 30ft x 30ft; etc).
We have allotted space for only 50 vendors in addition to the triathlon major sponsors, so please respond quickly. Requests will be accepted via online reservations or mail in applications only. NO SPOTS WILL BE HELD WITHOUT PAYMENT (LOCATION WITHIN THE EXPO WILL BE ASSIGNED BY RACE MANAGEMENT).
The race site location is Harrah’s Casino Tunica, MS. We encourage vendors to stay and participate in the race events on Sunday. Those wishing to participate on Sunday, May 19th need to set up before 6:45 a.m. on Sunday morning at the race site. At 7:00 a.m. the roads in the surrounding area will be closed to traffic in anticipation of the bike portion of the triathlon.
